Alcohol Free “Irish Cream”


Makes 4 - 6 Generous Portions

  • 150ml Double Cream 
  • 50ml Evaporated Milk 
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Light Brown Sugar
  • 25ml Espresso
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  • ½ Tsp Cocoa Powder 
  • Ice


  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender or, for a thicker consistency, a cocktail shaker.
  2. Blend until smooth/shake until the outside of the shaker is cold to the touch. 
  3. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Finished product lasts around 2 days when kept refrigerated.
