Do the jars break often?
No, we use tested, shipping-safe cartons and have reliable carrier partners. On the unlikely occasion you receive damaged goods, see below.
What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number/delivery note number. We will require proof of damaged product via a photo sent to this email address. Please try to take the photo in its original packaging and as soon as you have received the package.
If the parcel is clearly damaged when the carrier arrives at your address, you can refuse delivery. We will be notified of this and the reason for the refusal by the carrier. Send us an email letting us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund and we will do our best to accommodate your requests as quickly as possible.
How long does the Moonshine last?
If the glass is stored closed, it will keep for at least 3-5 years. Our Moonshine does not need to have a best-before date.
If the jar is already opened, it is recommended to store it closed (original lid) and in a cool place.
Allergic, vegan and gluten intolerant?
All our products are suitable for vegans and people with a gluten intolerance. Our Moonshine is also suitable for allergy sufferers. In the process of distillation all allergens are filtered out.
How long does my order take?
All orders on Next Day Delivery received by 12 noon are shipped the same day, with expected delivery date the next working day of the week.
All orders on Standard Delivery have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days.
How much is the shipping cost?
Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) is £3.60.
Next Working Day Delivery (1 working day) is £6.00.
Orders over £70 are eligible for free shipping.
Can I track my shipment?
You will be notified as soon as your package is shipped. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation which enables you to track the delivery via the carrier website. Please check your junk mail for the confirmation if you haven't received one.
Can I order without registration?
Yes, simply order from the web shop without registering.
Can I change my order afterwards?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order afterwards.
