How do I create a Gang account
Being part of the Gang will give you the opportunity to collect points which will give you access to exclusive products and rewards. Follow this link https://odonnellmoonshine.co.uk/pages/gang and register. You are required to activate the account in your emails. After that you'll earn points for every purchase with us.
Do the jars break often?
No, we use tested, shipping-safe cartons and have reliable carrier partners. On the unlikely occasion you receive damaged goods, see below.
What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number number (#UK-XXXXX). We will require proof of damaged product via a photo sent to this email address. Please try to take the photo in its original packaging and as soon as you have received the package.
Send us an email letting us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund and we will do our best to accommodate your requests as quickly as possible.
How long does the Moonshine last?
If the glass is stored closed, it will keep for at least 3-5 years. Our Moonshine does not need to have a best-before date.
If the jar is already opened, it is recommended to store it closed (original lid) and in a cool place and consume within 12 months.
Allergic, vegan and gluten intolerant?
All our products are suitable for vegans and people with a gluten intolerance. Our Moonshine is also suitable for allergy sufferers. In the process of distillation all allergens are filtered out.
How long does my order take?
All orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days. We Are working hard to get it to you before though.
How much is the shipping cost?
Delivery costs for orders <£40 is £3.95 for orders >£40 is £5.95. Shipping to Northern Ireland is Set at £16.95.
Orders over £70 are eligible for free shipping.
In line with the Licensing Act 2003 we operate a challenge 25 policy upon delivery. Please note that parcels cannot be left with people under the age of 18. By clicking our age verification pop-up you confirm to us that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol.
Can I track my shipment?
You will be notified as soon as your package is shipped. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation which enables you to track the delivery via the carrier website. Please check your junk mail for the confirmation if you haven't received one.
Can I order without registration?
Yes, simply order from the web shop without registering.
Can I change my order afterwards?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order afterwards.
