A highly motivated individual to lead, manage and grow our existing B2B sales team.


  • Development & implementation of a profitable B2B growth strategy 
  • Setting & reviewing activity and sales targets for members of the sales team
  • Identification of new business opportunities and active implementation of these
  • Recruitment and selection for the sales department
  • Disciplinary lead of B2B Sales team
  • Identifying key areas of improvement within the Sales process

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in successfully managing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Distinct analytical skills and the capability to transform these into actions
