What’s changing?

Proofs become credit in euros: instead of collecting points and swapping them for rewards, credit now lands straight in your Gang account with every order.

01 How do I collect credit?

With every order, part of your purchase goes into your account as credit. The higher your rank, the more you get: 2% as a Prospect, 3% as a Distiller, 4% as a Bootlegger and 5% as a Chief. On top of that, you get £5 on your birthday, £1 for a review and £2 for a review with a photo (up to three reviews in 60 days). If you bring someone into the Gang, you get £10 and your friend starts with £5. Following us on Instagram and Facebook earns you £0.50 each.

02 How and where do I redeem my credit?

Online, on orders of 59€ or more. In your basket, just flip the “Apply credit” switch, or tick the box under “Payment” at checkout. Credit from an order becomes available after 7 days and is then valid for 365 days. Your birthday credit arrives 14 days before your birthday and is valid for 30 days.

03 Do I need to do anything?

No. From 1 November 2026, everything runs on the new system. Your credit and your rank are automatically in your customer account. Just order as usual – from now on you collect euros instead of Proofs.

04 Will I keep my rank?

Yes. Prospect, Bootlegger and Chief are staying, and the new Distiller rank joins between Prospect and Bootlegger. Your rank is based on your total order value: Distiller from £100, Bootlegger from £200, Chief from £600. Once you’ve reached a rank, you keep it for good. There’s no demotion in the Gang.

05 What happens to my Proofs?

They come with you. Your Proof balance will be automatically converted into credit and added to your customer account. You don’t need to do anything. Under 500 Proofs become £5, 500 to 999 become £10, 1,000 to 2,999 become £20, 3,000 to 3,999 become £30, and from 4,000 Proofs you get £40. From 1 November, you’ll no longer collect Proofs but credit in euros that you can use straight away.

For our most loyal members, we’re adding a little extra for the switch: if you’ve collected 3,000 Proofs or more, or already redeemed at least 2,000 Proofs, you’ll also receive a one-off gift from us by post. We’ll get in touch with you by email. We just need your quick consent so we can send you the parcel.
