Ingredients:
- 50ml “Aperitivo”
- 20ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 10ml Triple Sec.
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1 egg white
Method:
- Shake all ingredients well with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
- Place the ice cubes in a coupette.
- Strain the contents of the shaker onto it.
- Serve and enjoy!
