Blood Orange Mojito

Ingredients:

• 20ml High Proof
• 40ml Blood Orange Moonshine
• 40ml Orange Juice
• 20ml Lime Juice
• 2 tsp Sugar
• Handful Fresh raspberries
• Handful Mint leaves
• Soda Water

Equipment:

• Muddler

Recipe:

1. Add Mint Leaves, Sugar and Lime Juice to a tall glass and muddle carefully.
2. Fill the glass with Ice and then add High Proof and Blood Orange, stir to combine.
3. Top with Orange Juice and a little Soda Water
4. Add a few Fresh Raspberries to garnish.
