Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 5 ice cubes for the shaker
  • 50 ml "High Proof"
  • 25 ml "Toffee"
  • 25 ml espresso
  • 3 coffee beans for the decoration

Method:

  1. Ice cubes, high proof, toffee and espresso in the shaker
  2. Shake everything well
  3. Strain into a coupette
  4. Garnish the martini with coffee beans & enjoy!
