Ingredients:
- 40ml High Proof
- 20ml elderflower syrup
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 20ml lemon juice
- 40ml ginger beer
- Lemon
Recipe:
- High Proof, elderflower syrup, sugar syrup & lemon juice with 2 ice cubes in a shaker and shake
- Put 2-3 ice cubes in glass, add mixture and fill up with ginger beer
- Decoration: lemon peel
