Horse's Neck

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Tough Nut
  • 35ml Cognac
  • 2 drops of Angostura bitters
  • Ginger Ale
  • Orange to garnish

Method:

  1. Pour Tough Nut, Cognac and Angostura bitters into a highball glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and fill up with Ginger Ale.
  3. Garnish with fresh peels of orange.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
