Lime Moonshine Daiquiri
Another legendary Cuban cocktail, and favourite of historical icons including Ernest Hemingway and John F. Kennedy, the Classic Daiquiri needs no introduction. So, instead, allow us to introduce you to the Lime Moonshine Daiquiri.
Ingredients:
- 60ml O’Donnell Vodka
- 30ml Lime Moonshine
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tsp Fine Sugar or 20ml Sugar Syrup
Method:
Add the Lime Moonshine, O’Donnell Vodka and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until the outsides of the shaker are cold. For a sweeter mix add fine sugar or sugar syrup . Strain into an ice-cold coupe glass and thank us later.
