Moonshine Martini

Ingredients:

  • 50ml High Proof
  • 20ml Dry Vermouth
  • Sprig Rosemary 
  • 2 Green Olives 

Recipe:

  1. Fill shaker with ice. Pour vermouth on top and stir with the cocktail stirrer
  2. Now add the High Proof into the shaker and stir for half a minute
  3. (For a Dirty Martini, add 1 tbsp Olive Brine)
  4. Strain the drink into the martini glass (without ice!)
  5. Garnish with rosemary and olive
