Ingredients: 

60ml High Proof

20ml Passion Fruit Moonshine

15m Vanilla syrup

A dash of lime juice

Sparkling wine

Lime wedge 

Recipe:

Pour High Proof, Passion Fruit, vanilla syrup and a squeeze of lime juice into a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a coupette glass and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
