Passionfruit Sour

Ingredients:

• 20ml High Proof
• 20ml Lemon Drizzle
• 60ml Passion Fruit Juice
• 40ml Prosecco
• Mint Sprig

Recipe:

1. Pour High Proof, Lemon Drizzle and Passion Fruit juice over ice cubes into a tumbler
2. Top up with Prosecco and stir carefully
3. Garnish with a Mint Sprig
