Peach Bellini
A smooth, fruity take on the Venetian classic. Ripe peach and crisp bubbles, with extra depth from our Peach Moonshine.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Peach Moonshine
- 100 ml chilled Prosecco
Method
- Add the peach purée and Peach Moonshine to a flute.
- Tilt the glass and slowly top up with Prosecco.
- Stir gently once.
Garnish: A thin peach slice on the rim.
Make it your own: For a lighter serve at 1.6 units, use 25 ml Peach Moonshine.
