Pornstar Martini, the classic cocktail combining O'Donnell Passion Fruit Moonshine, Vanilla and your choice of fizz. It’s a cocktail that doesn’t try too hard, but still stands out. Clean, sharp, and straight-up satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Passion Fruit
- 35ml High Proof
- 15ml Lime juice
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml Passion Fruit Puree
- Passion Fruit (to garnish)
- Shot of Prosecco/Champagne (Optional)
- Ice Cubes (for shaking)
Equipment:
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
- Martini Glass
Method:
- Mix the Passion Fruit Moonshine with all the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker is cool to the touch.
- Strain through a sieve into a martini glass.
- Add a halved passion fruit on the top and optional shot of prosecco/champagne served alongside.
- Serve and enjoy!
