Ingredients:
- 50ml High Proof
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- Mint leaves
Recipe:
- Put mint leaves, half a lemon & sugar syrup in shaker and crush
- Add ice cubes & high proof and shake vigorously
- Strain through a fine sieve into a glass filled with ice cubes
- Decoration: Mint leaf
