Ingredients:

  • 40ml High Proof
  • 20ml Wild Berry
  • 40ml carrot juice 
  • 20ml orange juice
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Rosemary twig

Recipe:

  1. our High Proof, Wild Berry, Carrot Juice, Lime Juice & Sugar Syrup into a large glass
  2. Fill up with ice cubes, stir vigorously and add the rosemary branch
  3. top up with orange juice and on top with some coarse sea salt and coarse pepper
  4. Decoration: a Rosemary twig is enough
