Ingredients:
- 100ml Roasted Apple
- 200ml apple juice
- 400ml dry white wine
- orange zest, cloves, star anise, cinnamon (or the O'Donnell Hot Punch pouch)
Recipe:
- Gently heat up the Roasted Apple, apple juice and white wine
- Stir in the spices and let steep briefly, avoid boiling
- Decoration: spices inside are enough
