Strawberry Fizz

Ingredients:

• 50ml Strawberries & Cream
• 35ml Gin
• 10ml Sugar syrup
• 15ml Lemon juice
• 1 Egg white
• Wild Berry Soda to top off

Method:

1. Fill shaker with ice & ingredients.
2. Stir firmly.
3. Fill long drink glass with ice cubes.
4. Now add the Cocktail and top off with Wild Berry Soda.
5. Serve and enjoy!
