Method:
- Put all the ingredients (other than the strawberries and sparkling wine) in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously, then strain through a sieve into a pre chilled glass.
- Top up with chilled, sparkling rose wine and decorate with fresh strawberry.
- Serve and enjoy!
