Strawberry-Rhubarb Spritz

Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes
  • 5cl Strawberry-Rhubarb
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 80ml white rum
  • A bit of sparkling wine
  • A few mint leaves

Recipe:

  1. Pour the ice cubes, the Moonshine and the lemon juice into a glass
  2. Top if off with sparkling wine
  3. Garnish with mint leaves
