Dairy Free Tough Nut Cream

Just before Christmas, we launched our first ever cream liqueur. ‘Tough Nut Cream’ seamlessly blends creamy vanilla and smooth caramel with the distinctive flavour of our best selling moonshine, Tough Nut!

The response to Tough Nut Cream has been overwhelmingly positive. We’re so glad that we’ve been able to create an entirely new way to enjoy our moonshine that you guys seem to love.

Now, we want everyone to be able to enjoy the rich creaminess of our latest invention, so we’ve developed this simple recipe that will allow you to create your own, vegan friendly, dairy free version of Tough Nut Cream, at home, in just a few minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 180ml O’Donnell Tough Nut Moonshine
  • 400g Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
  • ½ Tsp Instant Espresso Powder (or any instant coffee powder)
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract


Method:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until well mixed and smooth (approx 1 min).
  2. Serve over ice in the glass of your choice!
  3. Enjoy!
