Lime Moonshine Spritz
A bright, zesty spritz. Our Lime Moonshine brings fresh citrus, and Prosecco and soda keep it light and sparkling.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Lime Moonshine
- 100 ml chilled Prosecco
- 50 ml soda water
- Ice
Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add the Prosecco, then the Lime Moonshine.
- Top up with soda water.
- Stir gently once.
Garnish: A lime wheel.
Make it your own: For a lighter serve at 1.6 units, use 50 ml Prosecco and 100 ml soda.
