Here are five easy ways to serve up serious bank holiday bliss with our fruity fan favourites!
1. Blood Orange Spritz
Ingredients:
- 50ml O'Donnell Blood Orange
- A dash of Orange Juice
- Soda to top
- 2 tsp Sugar
- A slice of orange to garnish
Recipe:
- Add a generous measure of Blood Orange Moonshine to a glass with ice
- Add a dash of fresh Orange Juice and stir
- Top with Soda Water to taste
- Garnish with a slice of fresh orange and enjoy!
2. Pomegranate Spritz
Ingredients
- 60ml O'Donnell Pomegranate
- Prosecco
- Fresh Pomegranate (optional to garnish)
Method
- Add a generous measure of Pomegranate (circa 60ml) to the glass of your choice.
- Top with prosecco (to taste)
- Garnish with a slice of orange and fresh pomegranate arils.
3. Peach Spritz
Ingredients:
- 50ml O'Donnell Peach
- 20ml Peach puree
- Soda Water/Sparkling wine
- Orange or peach to garnish
Method:
- Add Peach Moonshine and peach puree to the glass of your choice
- Add soda water to taste and stir
- Garnish the glass with some orange or peach slices.
- Serve and enjoy!
- To turn this simple spritz into an elegant Peach Bellini, exchange the soda water for sparkling wine
4. Passion Fruit Spritz
Ingredients:
- 60ml Passion Fruit Moonshine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Sparkling wine/prosecco
- Fresh mint
- Ice cubes
Recipe:
- Place ice cubes in a large wine glass.
- Add 60ml of Passion Fruit Moonshine and 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice
- Top with sparkling wine or prosecco.
- Stir and garnish with mint and enjoy!
5. Wild Berry Spritz
Ingredients:
- 50ml O'Donnell Wild Berry
- 100ml Soda/Prosecco or Champagne

Fresh Rosemary/Mint
Recipe:
- Add Wild Berry to a glass
- Top up with soda, or for a stronger mix prosecco/champagne.
- Garnish with some fresh rosemary or mint leaves
