Ditch the tequila, there’s a new fiery queen in town, and her name is Rita! Who doesn’t love the refreshing tang of a Margarita? And with the current trend for Margaritas with a spicy kick looking like it’s here to stay, we thought it was about time we introduced you to our friend Rita!
Ingredients:
- 100ml Lime Moonshine
- 50ml O’Donnell Vodka
- Tajin Seasoning
- Fresh Lime/Lime Juice
Recipe:
- Sprinkle Tajin seasoning onto a small plate. Rim a glass with lime juice and dip into the seasoning to give a Tajin rim.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Lime Moonshine, O’Donnell Vodka, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- Shake until the liquid is cloudy and the outside of the shaker is cool to the touch.
- Strain into the prepared glass, over ice, and garnish with a slice of lime.
