When will the Advent calendars be shipped?

This is a pre-order. Dispatch will begin from 25.09.2026.

Can I combine a calendar and Moonshine in one order? And when will the Moonshine be dispatched?

Yes, you can add any items you like. The remaining products will be delivered in advance within 3–4 working days. You’ll receive two separate dispatch confirmations: one for your additional items and another, later on, for the Advent calendar.

What should I do if an Advent calendar is faulty or broken?

In this case, please contact our support team directly. It would be best if you could send a photo of the fault straight away so that we can process your complaint as quickly as possible.

How can I track the delivery of my Advent calendar?

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a link to track your parcel.
