Nut Smash

A bold, nutty smash with fresh mint and zesty lime. Tough Nut brings the richness, dark rum adds depth.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Tough Nut
• 25 ml dark rum
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 6–8 mint leaves
• Crushed ice

Method

1. Gently muddle the mint with the lime juice in a tumbler.
2. Fill with crushed ice.
3. Add the Tough Nut and rum.
4. Stir until the glass is frosty.

Garnish: A mint sprig.

Make it your own: For a lighter serve at 1.1 units, leave out the rum.
