Toffee Softee

Ingredients:

• 40ml of Sticky Toffee
• 30ml Whiskey of your choice
• 20ml lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 40ml sparkling water

Recipe:

1. Put Sticky Toffee, whiskey & lemon juice in a shaker
2. Add ice cubes and shake well
3. Strain into a tumbler with ice cubes and add 2 squirts of Angostura
4. Decoration: nothing
