Our Top Wet or Dry January Cocktails!
1. The 'Feeling Fresh' Mojito
Ingredients:

Method:
- Add fresh mint leaves (approx ½ dozen), the juice of half a lime, finely grated ginger and grated cucumber to a bowl and muddle carefully.
- Strain the mixture into a glass (you can use a spoon to press lightly on the back of the strainer to ensure you get the maximum juice out of the ingredients.)
- Add ice and top up your glass with half soda water, half ginger beer.
- Garnish either with lime wheels, or fresh cucumber, and fresh mint leaves.
- Serve and enjoy!
If you’re looking for a slightly damper January option…
Add 50ml High Proof Moonshine in place of some of the soda water.
For a wet January mix, replace all 150ml of soda water with High Proof Moonshine!

Method:
- Mix cranberry juice, lime juice, and tonic water in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice (our mason jars with cocktail shaker lid work really well for this!).
- Shake gently until the outside of the jar or shaker is cold to the touch.
- Pour into a glass.
- Add the orange juice and garnish with a wheel of orange.
- Serve and enjoy!
If you’re looking for a slightly damper January option…
Use 30ml of Blood Orange Moonshine in place of the orange juice.
For a Cosmo that really packs a punch, add 60ml High Proof Moonshine and 30ml of Blood Orange in place of the tonic water and orange juice.
3. Apple Spritz

Method:
- This one is perhaps the simplest of all our Dry January mocktails, but the result is simply delicious. Add all the ingredients into the glass of your choice and stir until well mixed
- Add plenty of ice, decorate (optional) and enjoy!
For a slightly Damper January option exchange the 90ml fresh apple juice with 60ml of Roasted Apple Moonshine and 60ml Fresh Apple Juice.
If you’re going for a ‘Wet January’ you can also add a measure of High Proof in place of (some of the) soda water.
