Cocktail-Suggestion

Lime Moonshine Mojito
Upgrade your traditional Mojito with the vibrant zest of our Lime Liquer. The intense citrus notes pair perfectly with fresh mint and crushed ice for the ultimate crisp, summer drink.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml O’Donnell Lime Liquer
  • 1 fresh lime (cut into 4 wedges)
  • 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar (or sugar syrup)
  • Soda water to top up
  • Crushed ice

Method

  1. Place the lime wedges, fresh mint leaves, and sugar into a tall glass.
  2. Gently muddle the ingredients using a cocktail muddler to release the lime juice and aromatic oils from the mint.
  3. Fill the glass three-quarters full with crushed ice.
  4. Pour in the O’Donnell Lime Liquer and stir thoroughly with a long bar spoon.
  5. Pack extra crushed ice on top, crown with a splash of soda water, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
