When the evenings get dark early, our winter liqueur range brings warmth straight to the table. Roasted fruit, festive spice and rich chocolate fill the Mason Jars of this seasonal collection. Every flavour arrives in October and stays only while stocks last, so once a jar is sold out, it’s gone until next year. Pick your favourite, pour a glass and welcome the cold season.

What are seasonal flavours by O'Donnell Moonshine?

Seasonal products are liqueurs that are only available in Mason Jars during a specific time of year. In summer, there are fruity varieties for balmy evenings; in winter, warm, spicy varieties for cosy moments. In between, Pumpkin Spice provides the perfect transition in autumn. Once a variety is sold out, it’s gone for good.

How long are the seasonal varieties available for?

Only whilst stocks last. Each seasonal variety is bottled in limited quantities. Once the last Mason jar has been sold, you’ll have to wait until next season.

Our tip: make sure you get your favourite variety early.

What is the best way to serve winter liqueur?

There is no single right way, so it depends on your mood. Served neat and chilled, each liqueur shows its full flavour, while a few ice cubes make it lighter and more refreshing. Roasted Apple and Roasted Pear also shine in wintery cocktails and warm drinks. Chocolate Cream is lovely over ice, poured over ice cream or used as a base for creamy cocktails. Whatever you choose, enjoy it slowly and responsibly.

How do I store winter liqueur and how long does it keep?

Keep your jars tightly closed, upright and away from direct sunlight and heat sources. A cool, dark cupboard works well for unopened jars. Whether you chill a jar is a matter of taste: Roasted Pear, for example, is great straight from the fridge. Chocolate Cream contains cream, so please follow the storage note on the label once it is open.
