World Cup Score Predictor Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter and Eligibility

  • The Promoter of this predictor game is O'Donnell Moonshine.
  • Entry is open exclusively to natural persons aged 18 and over who are residents of the United Kingdom and hold either "Chief" or "Bootlegger" status in the O’Donnell Moonshine Loyalty Programme.
  • Employees of O'Donnell Moonshine and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.

2. Promotional Period

  • The promotion opens on Friday, 5 July 2026 at 09:00 (BST) and closes on Saturday, 6 July 2026 at 1:00 (BST) (the official kick-off time for the England v Mexico match).
  • Orders or entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

3. Entry via the Online Shop (Purchase)

  • Participants can enter by placing a standard order in the O'Donnell Moonshine online shop during the promotional period.
  • The Minimum Order Value (MOV) is £49.90 (calculated after any applied discounts and excluding delivery charges).
  • During the checkout process, the participant must submit their exact score prediction for the England v Mexico match.
  • Strictly one entry per person. If a participant places multiple orders during the promotional period, only the first order will automatically qualify for the predictor game.

4. Alternative Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)

  • Entry is also permitted free of charge, without the need to make a purchase.
  • To enter for free, the participant must send an email to O'Donnell Moonshine Customer Service within the promotional period.
  • The email must state the participant's exact score prediction and their full name.
  • Important: The email address used to send the prediction must be linked to an active O'Donnell Moonshine customer account that holds "Chief" or "Bootlegger" status.

5. Determining the Winner and Defining the Score

  • A winning entry is defined as an exactly correct prediction of the final match score.
  • The official final score after regular playing time (90 minutes plus any injury/stoppage time) is the only result that applies. Any extra time or penalty shoot-outs are not considered for the purpose of this predictor game.

6. Prize Distribution and Voucher Conditions

  • Winners via Online Shop: Will receive a gift voucher equal to the total gross amount of their qualifying order (including delivery charges). This voucher is not subject to any minimum order value or product restrictions.
  • Winners via Free Entry Route: Will receive a £10.00 gift voucher, which can be redeemed on future orders with a minimum spend of £50.00.
  • Returns and Cancellations: Vouchers will only be issued after the statutory 14-day cooling-off/returns period has expired. If a customer cancels or returns part of their order, the voucher value will be calculated based strictly on the final, retained value of the goods. If the retained value falls below the £49.90 MOV due to a return, the right to claim the prize is entirely forfeited.
  • Voucher codes will be dispatched via email within 14 working days following the match.
  • All prize vouchers are strictly valid until 31 December 2026. No cash alternative will be offered.

7. Early Termination and Data Protection

  • O'Donnell Moonshine reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion early in the event of unforeseen technical or legal complications.
  • Any personal data collected will be used exclusively for the administration of this promotion.
  • The Promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters is final and binding.
