Our Waldmeister Liqueur combines the classic flavour of Waldmeister with a fine, fresh hint of lemon. Pleasantly sweet and perfectly balanced: a modern twist on a true classic.

Cocktail-Suggestion

Waldmeister Coconut Splash

Ingredients

  • 50 ml O’Donnell Moonshine Waldmeister (Woodruff)
  • 50 ml Coconut milk
  • 20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 20 ml Sugar syrup (or coconut syrup for an extra coconut kick)
  • Ice cubes

Garnish: A lemon wedge or a sprig of fresh mint

Method

Shake: Pour all the ingredients (Waldmeister, coconut milk, lemon juice, and syrup) into a shaker (or directly into your O'Donnell Mason jar with a shaker top) along with plenty of ice cubes.

Ice Cold: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds so the coconut milk blends seamlessly and the drink gets beautifully frothy.

Serve: Fill a glass with fresh ice and strain the mix into it.

Finishing Touch: Garnish with a lemon wedge or a bit of mint, and enjoy straight away!
