All of our Moonshines, unless indicated otherwise, are allergen free in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and amendments. All of our products, unless stated otherwise, are suitable for vegans and those with a gluten intolerance.

All of our spirits are produced using wheat based alcohol. While the distillation process removes gluten from the final product, individuals with certain conditions (i.e coeliac disease) may wish to exercise caution prior to purchase.

Whether as a fruity aperitif at your next garden party, a sunny treat at the end of the working day, or a special gift for connoisseurs: this mango liqueur is your liquid escape from the daily grind.

Mango Margarita

The Mango Margarita brings that ultimate summer feeling straight into your Mason jar.

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl O’Donnell Moonshine Golden Mango
  • 3 cl tequila (silver / blanco)
  • 2 cl fresh lime juice, ice cubes (plenty of ice)

For the rim:

1 lime wedge & coarse sea salt (optionally mixed with a pinch of chilli powder)

Preparation:

The perfect rim: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and gently press the rim into a shallow dish of salt to create the classic salt rim.

Shaking & Mixing: Add the Golden Mango, tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice and plenty of ice to a shaker (or a sealable Mason jar). Shake vigorously for approx. 10–15 seconds!

Serving: Fill the glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture through a sieve. Garnish with a slice of lime.
