Waldmeister Coconut Splash

Ingredients

50 ml O’Donnell Moonshine Waldmeister (Woodruff)
50 ml Coconut milk
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Sugar syrup (or coconut syrup for an extra coconut kick)
Ice cubes

Garnish: A lemon wedge or a sprig of fresh mint

Method

Shake: Pour all the ingredients (Waldmeister, coconut milk, lemon juice, and syrup) into a shaker (or directly into your O'Donnell Mason jar with a shaker top) along with plenty of ice cubes.

Ice Cold: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds so the coconut milk blends seamlessly and the drink gets beautifully frothy.

Serve: Fill a glass with fresh ice and strain the mix into it.

Finishing Touch: Garnish with a lemon wedge or a bit of mint, and enjoy straight away!
