Creamy Toffee Coffee

A rich, after-dinner sipper that tastes like dessert. Our Sticky Toffee Moonshine meets chilled coffee, finished with a smooth layer of cream.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Sticky Toffee Moonshine
• 50 ml cold coffee
• 15 ml double cream
• Ice

Method

1. Fill a tumbler with ice.
2. Add the Sticky Toffee Moonshine and coffee.
3. Stir briefly.
4. Pour the cream slowly over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.

Garnish: Two coffee beans.

Make it your own: For a lighter serve, use 25 ml Sticky Toffee Moonshine and 75 ml coffee.
