Strawberry & Cream Martini

A creamy, indulgent martini that tastes like a summer dessert. Sweet strawberry and smooth cream, with vodka for backbone.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Strawberries & Cream
• 20 ml O'Donnell High Proof
• 20 ml single cream
• Ice

Method

1. Add the Strawberries & Cream, High Proof and cream to a shaker.
2. Fill with ice.
3. Shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish: A fresh strawberry, split onto the rim.

Make it your own: For a lighter serve, leave out the vodka and shake the Strawberries & Cream with cream alone.
