Summer Negroni

A lighter, brighter take on the classic Negroni. Our Aperitivo brings bittersweet orange, High Proof the backbone and white vermouth a smooth finish.

Ingredients

• 25 ml Aperitivo Moonshine
• 25 ml High Proof
• 25 ml white vermouth
• Ice

Method

1. Fill a tumbler with ice.
2. Add the Aperitivo, High Proof and vermouth.
3. Stir for 20 seconds to chill.

Garnish: A strip of orange zest.

Make it your own: For a lighter serve at 0.9 units, leave out the High Proof and top up with soda water.
