Roasted Pear Punch

Ingredients:

5 cl O’Donnell Roasted Pear
15 cl hot, naturally cloudy apple juice or pear juice
1 pinch of speculoos spice or cinnamon
Topping: whipped cream & 1 crumbled speculoos cookie

Here’s how to make the Roasted Pear Punch:

1. Warm the juice: Heat the naturally cloudy apple or pear juice in a small saucepan or in the microwave. Make sure the juice doesn’t boil.

2. Stir in the spice and liqueur: Pour the hot juice into a heat-resistant mug or glass. Add a pinch of speculoos spice (or cinnamon) and stir briefly to distribute the spice evenly. Then pour in 5 cl of O’Donnell Bratbirne.

3. Garnish and serve: Top the punch with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle the crumbled speculoos cookie over it as a crunchy topping.

Enjoy immediately while hot!
